Northeastern’s own Sand Reckoner is back on WRBB today from 3 to 4 PM  with WreckLyss Music!

They will be holding an interview and performing a few songs acoustically in order to promote their upcoming Greenline Records showcase concert at AfterHours on Tuesday, November 16th.

From the band’s profile:

Originally from Bucks County, PA, Sand Reckoner is currently based in Boston. The band originated around 2002 and has been developing ever since into the powerhouse of sound that it is today. Main influences include Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, The Secret Machines, Led Zeppelin, Fleet Foxes, Queens of the Stone Age, Nine Inch Nails, and The Black Angels. Sand Reckoner plays their own brand of psychedelic rock mixed with folk. Dark bluesy songs are combined with complex folky melodies to create a sound that everyone can get into.
