Uppers and Downers considers the ups and downs of life and channels those emotions through the power of song. We play a healthy combination of soul-crushing melodies and head-banging bops that'll keep you in tune with those complex emotions. Interspersed by commentary by yours truly, just to give that little extra homely feel. Tune in for a rollercoaster, but a welcome one at that. (!)
