Lady Jams (now hosted by DJ VJ and Butterball) is returning for its 9th semester to continue spreading some good lady tunes. We focus on different genres each week (eg. punk week, funk week, disco week, 90s R&B week) to highlight the ladies that deserve recognition. We're hoping to help diversify people's playlists in a male-dominated industry where women and people of other marginalized gender identities are often not taken seriously.
