Last month west coast’s Best Coast & Wavves set out east for the second installment of their “Summer is Forever” tour. Five years after both band’s initial pioneer of the etched in stone north east music scene, where they worked to establish a stage for eager out of the dark fuzzy lo-fi lovers.
