The Deli - Oct 11, 2024

The goal of the show is to combine our love of food with our love of tasty tunes. A typical episode of The Deli will center around a classic sandwich - i.e. Reuben, Club, Cubano - and create a playlist that associates songs with ingredients. The DJs will also discuss the background of the dish and some culinary facts and history that are interesting and make the sandwich work. We will not just talk about American sandwiches you'd find at Wollys but also talk about global food or especially compelling ingredients/techniques that may be found within it. We are gonna chef it up...figuratively....we would never dream of bringing any REAL sandwiches into the beloved studio.
