The Gass Station is here to fill you up at the end of the day when the needle is way past empty and you don't know whether to push or call your roommate who your currently mad at for shooting your ex and more importantly eating all the peanut butter in the corner cupboard with your name clearly labeled on it. The show will consist of a mix of classic rock, 90's music and indie for a relaxing rock vibe you will be entranced in while I ramble in between with various guests, some musical, some friends I love to annoy and riff at.

We're a full service stop here on The Gass Station. We play a variety of classic rock hits along with some lesser known rock and alternative music, all for your listening pleasure. Between the best sellers of the ages, we will provide great conversation full of hilarious stories, interesting and fun discussions of what's happening now and our entertaining view points on not-so-important issues.

Album of the Day! Every show, I'll choose an incredible album and play it in its entirety. This could range from classic rock and rockabilly to modern indie and alternative. Some artists I have in mind include the Beatles, Bob Dylan, the Clash, The Replacements, Prince, Fleet Foxes, Pixies, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Arcade Fire, M.I.A., and more.

Dubstep that leans towards the darker, minimal sounds. Think moody interludes, ten ton snares, and room shifting sub-bass. For fans of Cyrus, DJ Youngsta, Truth, Distance, Skream, and the like. Of course, dubby sounds will also be featured from time to time as well.

Every show, I'll only play songs by artists whose names begin with a certain letter. These artists will come from a large variety of genres, including classical, folk, rockabilly, classic rock, punk, pop, grunge, electronic, indie, and alternative. I'll also try to do a quick mention of news and movies, enough to keep you in the loop.

I don't want to get weird with you. Unless you want to get weird with me. In that case, I'll get weird with you. Workaholics is just the best show on television. Fur sure. If you listen to metal, hardcore, breakdowns (yes, just straightup breakdowns), screamo, or whatever you want to label it all, this is the show for you. Lots of local acts featured including Vanna, Lions Lions, Auburn, AL4W, etc. but ranges from the super heavy stuff to some acoustic thrown in here and there. Thanks for being a true braj, braj.

Can't really describe the genre of the show but use "chill-rock" as the anchor of the show. In reality prepare for a variety that can change from Classic Rock and Old School Hip Hop to Electro-dance rock and funk.

A wave is a disturbance that propagates through space and time, transferring energy. This one also cures all. Mostly independent chillwave and electronica, with a little indie rock and folk for good measure.

Going off of what I did last semester with "Left of the Dial", I'll try to play songs with a large variety all unified by a common theme. However, this semester I'd like to be even more clever with themes. Playlists will be things like "Songs with Street names in the title" or "Songs that ask Questions". The songs will come from a large variety of genres, including classical, folk, rockabilly, classic rock, R & B, punk, pop, new wave, grunge, alternative, indie, and hip-hop. Make sure to listen in!

The show consists of an attempt to illustrate life, with any music that might depict our human condition in the most accurate way possible. There are no constrains. Sound. As to what we play: anything that might stimulate you mind and make you dance. Questionable humor. Strange Guests. Random Noises.
